Croscape Quality Lawncare and Landscape Construction

Croscape is one of Rhode Island's fastest growing landscaping firms, serving the northern RI area.
The Challenge
Cross selling and collections were a tremendous challenge for the firm. They wanted to grow the business and expand operations by offering landscape construction
services but they were unsure how to establish a solid foundation with which to build upon.
The Plan
Name Change
In order for the firm to be more easily identifiable as a provider of landscape construction services, and to move from just lawncare, were recommended changing
their name from Croscape Quality Lawncare to Croscape Quality Lawncare and Landscape Construction.
Logo Design
We enhanced their existing logo and added the longer name to the design.
Website Development
To be more competitive, the firm needed a presence on the Internet, but did not have a large budget to work with. We recommended a template site that would
be visually appealing, but also very easy to maintain and update. The site could be used to showcase their current projects and expand upon all of the services they offer.
Communications and Outreach
We created a beautiful full color brochure to highlight the variety of services and showcase work the firm had completed. We developed the content and tagline for the brochure which was given to
customers and prospects, and is even on display at supplier locations.
To further communicate and cross sell with existing clients, we created a full color postcard and other communications pieces that we regularly send out to the firm's mailing list.
We developed a strategy to reach commercial clients and helped the firm implement that strategy.
Collections
Croscape did not have a consistent method of collecting payments for completed work. We implemented an invoicing system to ensure timely payments for
completed projects. The firm's collections increased tenfold and provided substantial cash flow for the firm.
Radio Advertising
We developed two radio spots and ran them on stations in the firm's target area.
Print Advertising
Mediums were strategically selected and ads were developed and placed.
Internet Marketing
This was used to help enhance their placement in the search engines for certain keywords relative to their specific industry.
The Results
We've been working with Croscape for the past 4 years and their business has grown by 333% since we began working with them. We currently handle their entire marketing program.
